At this very moment, as you read this, it’s a fair bet that I’ve recently polished off a sandwich. Not just any sandwich, but specifically “The Kaitlyn” from Wellesley favorite The Linden Store. Prosciutto, mozzarella, fresh baked baguette . . . it’s a sandwich that I’ve been ordering since I was a child growing up in town, back when the deli was called Nino’s. It’s longstanding businesses like this one that make you feel like you are in a small town, even as you enjoy the convenience of big time amenities and a central location.

My husband and I have loved every minute of raising our two children here in town. Experiences like visiting Gary at Truly Yogurt, cheering on Boston Marathon runners at the Wellesley College “Scream Tunnel”, and waving to Judy the Grove Street crossing guard who has been on the job for decades, have made me feel so connected to the community.

I have been involved with the Wellesley Mother’s Forum, served as a longtime Town Meeting member, and met wonderful people through town events and organizations like the Wellesley Newcomers Club. I hope you’ll take time to explore the information here to learn a bit more about all that the Wellesley area has to offer.
